IFAB a Expo – 13 gennaio 2022, Dubai

Il 13 gennaio 2022, a Expo Dubai, IFAB parla del futuro della Data Valley italiana nell’ambito dell’evento ‘la Data Valley incontra EXPO’, co-organizzato con ART-ER e Associazione Big Data.

Nel corso degli ultimi anni, la Regione Emilia-Romagna, grazie alla straordinaria concentrazione di capacità di supercalcolo e alla tradizionale presenza di un ecosistema costituito da ricerca, sapere e innovazione, si è costruita un ruolo da leader anche nell’ambito dei Big Data. A Bologna, infatti, nascerà il Big Data Technopole, nuovo hub europeo della ricerca, dove troverà sede il Data Center del Centro Europeo per le Previsioni Meteorologiche (ECMWF) e il supercomputer Leonardo.

L’evento prevede un forum di carattere tecnico-scientifico, che si tiene nel Padiglione Italia negli spazi Anfiteatro e Studio, e un evento dedicato al networking, al fine di sviluppare possibili collaborazioni e attività future, che si tiene presso il Padiglione Cibus “M-EAting Italy”.

Il Forum sull’Intelligenza Artificiale, di carattere tecnico-scientifico, presenta la storia e la nascita del Big Data Technopole di Bologna, mettendone in luce il valore scientifico e le potenzialità di attrazione internazionale.

Interverranno del dibattito rappresentanti delle istituzioni nazionali e regionali come Maria Cristina Messa e Stefano Bonaccini.
