On January 13th<\/strong> at Expo Dubai IFAB talks about the Italian Data Valley and future perspectives during the event ‘The Data Valley meets EXPO’ <\/strong>co-organized with ART-ER and Associazione Big Data.<\/h6>\n

Through the last years, the\u00a0Emilia-Romagna Region<\/strong>, thanks to the extraordinary concentration of supercomputing capacity and the traditional presence of an ecosystem based on research, knowledge and innovation, is now a leader in the Big Data sector<\/strong>. It is not a case that Bologna will host the Big Data Technopole<\/strong>, the new European research hub, where the\u00a0ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts)<\/strong> and the Leonardo high performance computer<\/strong> are going to be settled.<\/p>\n

The event provides for a technical-scientific forum<\/strong>, held at the Amphitheatre and Studio of the Italian Pavilion,\u00a0<\/strong>and a networking event<\/strong>, held at the Cibus Pavilion \u201cM-EAting Italy”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Artificial Intelligence Forum, <\/strong>that has a technical-scientific <\/strong>nature, presents the birth and development of of the Bologna Big Data Technopole <\/strong>by focusing on its scientific value and its potential for international attraction.<\/p>\n

The debate will involve national and regional institutions as Maria Cristina Messa and Stefano Bonaccini<\/strong>. See the programme below.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
