IFAB promotes and supports the significant event organized by the Foundation\u2019s partner Chiesi Group dedicated to exploring the possibilities that new high-performance computing tools offer in the field of healthcare innovation and development.<\/p>\n

With “Lung Modelling 2023<\/em>” scheduled for November 22nd and 23rd in Parma, at the group’s headquarters, prominent speakers and international experts will discuss the opportunities presented by the Digital Twin technologies applied to the human respiratory system. This includes studying the impacts of air inhalation in various environments, assessing the transmission mechanisms of pathogens, and exploring potential applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n

Lung Modelling is set within the framework of the Chiesi Center for Open Innovation & Competence (COI&C), an open platform where the industrial group commits to tackling present-day health-related challenges in a multidisciplinary and collaborative manner, shaping innovation and educational projects.<\/p>\n
