IFAB provides shareholders, employees, collaborators, suppliers, clients, all its stakeholders and, more generally, the public with a channel for reporting any act or omission carried out by anyone within IFAB, in dealings with IFAB or on its behalf, that constitutes or may constitute a breach, or an inducement to breach, of applicable laws and/or regulations, the principles set out in IFAB’s Code of Ethics, internal control principles, corporate policies, rules and procedures, and/or that may directly or indirectly cause economic, financial or reputational damage to the Foundation and/or its partners.
