Earlier diagnosis means better outcomes. IFAB develops predictive algorithms and AI models for the early assessment of neurodegenerative disease risk — including dementia — integrating precision medicine data and trans-diagnostic approaches. This work is recognised at an international level, with active participation in European initiatives including IHI and EFPIA

Multiscale clinical research data lake

Clinical research generates complex, sensitive and distributed data. IFAB designs and manages multiscale data lakes for the integration of multimodal health data — fully compliant with GDPR and the AI Act — combining cloud-based certified architectures, longitudinal synthetic data generation and RAG tools for intelligent querying of the scientific state of the art.
