IFAB is looking for micro and small businesses based in Emilia-Romagna to take part in a hands-on discussion about the skills, training needs and organizational challenges companies face in the age of digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.

Take part in a free, 3-hour in-person workshop in Bologna and share your experience with other businesses and digital learning experts.
Together, we will explore:
- the skills small businesses need today;
- current training and upskilling priorities;
- new and more effective ways to learn;
- the impact of digital technologies and AI on organizations.
