Fondazione IFAB is expanding its network of external trainers to respond with increasing accuracy and flexibility to the growing demand for training we receive from companies, public bodies and educational institutions across Italy.
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in designing and delivering training programmes in one or more of the following areas:
- Artificial Intelligence — fundamentals, deep learning, neural networks, predictive AI, generative AI and their applications
- Prompt Engineering & GenAI — prompting techniques and multi-step workflows for concrete professional use cases
- Agentic AI — state of the art, agent development platforms, agentic AI for programming, professional use cases and practical applications
- Coding — Python, TensorFlow/Keras, GitHub, Google Colab
- Big Data & Cloud — data architectures, cloud computing, data pipelines and computing environments
- HPC & Supercomputing — high-performance computing, parallel and distributed computing, HPC infrastructures
- AI Safety & Cybersecurity — AI system security, red teaming, adversarial attacks and AI-powered threat detection
- AI Ethics & Governance — EU AI Act, algorithmic bias, XAI, impact assessment and governance frameworks
- Quantum Technologies — quantum computing, quantum-safe cryptography and business applications
We are particularly interested in trainers with in-depth familiarity with the advanced features of leading AI models and platforms, applied to concrete use cases for personal and professional productivity across different areas: writing, data analysis, research, coding, communication, project management and decision making.
Platforms of particular interest include: Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT.
What we offer
Project-based collaborations, activated on an ad hoc basis according to the requests we receive. IFAB manages the overall instructional design, client relations and logistics; the trainer contributes their technical expertise, defines the detailed training design and delivers it effectively in the classroom, either in person or online.
What we are looking for
Documented experience in professional or academic training, strong command of the technologies proposed, and the ability to work on concrete use cases with a practical, hands-on approach.

What happens next
Once your application has been received, we will carry out an initial review of your CV and Trainer Expertise Form. In the event of a positive outcome, you will be contacted for a short introductory interview. If there is a mutual fit, you will receive a framework collaboration agreement regulating future collaborations with IFAB.
The call is open across Italy for online training activities. In-person activities mainly take place in Emilia-Romagna.
