The third challenge of the IFAB Next Generation Talents program, proposed by SCS Consulting, highlights the cross-sector potential of Artificial Intelligence, emphasizing how this technology can be a valuable resource even for consulting firms.
AI-based systems can simplify and enhance the efficiency of information management, a crucial aspect for consulting firms as they develop their projects. With this in mind, students are asked to create a prototype of an AI-powered “layer” that enables quick and efficient access to company materials and information, such as a chatbot.
SCS Consulting’s goal is not to obtain a finished, fully functional product, but to give students the chance to showcase their innovative, simple, and effective thinking through digital transformation and AI.
Challenge Overview
To tackle the SCS Consulting challenge, students will need to organize their work into three phases:
- Research: Understand the problem by analyzing the available data and building a portfolio of potential solutions
- Analysis and Search Logic: Identify key requirements, priority functionalities, and variables to consider for information searches
- Chatbot Development Proposal: Define a technological blueprint to make company information searches quick and effective
