After seven years of experience as Research Fellow in Business Administration, since 2009 she has been Head of the Research Division at the University of Ferrara.
She carried out numerous training periods abroad (USA, Australia, China, UK). She holds a Phd in “Business Economics and Financial Intermediaries” (University of Ferrara) and an advanced master’s degree in “Innovation and Knowledge Transfer” (Politecnico di Milano – School of Management).
She is currently member of the Coordination Committee of APEnet Network (Italian Network of Universities and Research Institutions for Public Engagement) and Professional Mentor for the European Association for Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA). She is co-author of the book “The Value of Intellectual Capital”.
From July 2020 she is Chief Operating Officer of the International Foundation Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for Human Development.
