Working alongside businesses since 1995, Warrant Hub (formerly Warrant Group) is a unique company in the Italian business world which offers integrated services to support industrial development projects.

Established and still based in Correggio (RE), we have over 200 professionals on our books and a client portfolio of over 7000 companies. We are present in eight operating offices in Italy, in Belgium through the subsidiary beWarrant based in Brussels, and, from November 2020, with the acquisition of Euroquality SAS and Europroject OOD, companies specialized in assisting businesses for the access to European funds and funding for research and innovation projects, respectively in Paris in France and Sofia in Bulgaria.

Since December 2017, Warrant Hub has been a member of Tinexta Group (Tecnoinvestimenti Group at the time), which is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, in the Star segment (dedicated to the listing of medium and small capitalisation companies) and operates in services to SMEs through 4 strategic Business Units: Digital Trust, Cyber Security, Credit Information & Management and Innovation & Marketing Services.

Providing support for research, development, and innovation projects, as well as production and digitalisation investments, we offer companies our experience in the field of soft financing, in addition to our technical and technology skills.

We are always on the lookout for different solutions for business development and with this in mind we have built and nurtured relationships with outstanding partners over time.

Our intention is to encourage and support innovation and development processes for businesses in any industry, finding funding opportunities (with particular focus on soft financing) and providing advice.
