Public workshop and project kick-off

The Emilia-Romagna Region, with the Digital Twin project, aims to create a tool capable of simulating and predicting the responses of the territorial and environmental system as support for regional policies to achieve carbon neutrality, to counter and mitigate climate changes, and to improve air quality. The VERA project aims to be a strategic tool in support of the Pact for Work and Climate, the 2030 Agenda for the sustainable development of the Region, the PAIR 2030, and the Path to carbon neutrality, in line with the Emilia-Romagna Digital Agenda (ADER) 2020-25 ‘Data Valley Common Good’. The kick-off event begins with a review of national and international experiences, then starts the operational phase of the VERA project.
