The Technopole of Bologna in the Italian press: the city of Bologna told as the capital of Big Data and Italian Data Valley

Two of the most prestigious Italian newspapers – Corriere della Sera and Milano Finanza — have both dedicated special articles to the Tecnopolo of Bologna, which received a funding of almost 320 million euros by the italian Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). That is an umpteenth evidence of the opportunities for development and research applications that the project will bring to the city of Bologna, to Emilia-Romagna region and Italy, to Europe, to universities and research centres and even to the whole private sector.

The articles illustrate in depth all the characteristics of the project, which will make Bologna one of the international landmarks for themes related to technological and digital development, from artificial intelligence to genomics, from Big Data to the development of cutting-edge softwares and their endless possibilities of application to ensure the country a concrete and forward-looking approach to growth and development.
